Will George Osborne be allowed to edit a daily newspaper and work for a fund manager?

It looks like he is intending to do both jobs, as well as being an MP. On 17 March it was announced he would become editor of the London Evening Standard. But earlier in the month it was announced he was to start working for fund manager Blackrock at a salary of £650k a year for four days' work a month (£13,000 per day). He said he would edit the newspaper for four days each week.
