Why doesn't the new Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police have a television?
Cressida Dick, the new commissioner of the Met Police, told BBC Radio 4 that she doesn't have a TV at home and doesn't watch police shows. She said:
"I've even hgad to admit I don't have a television at home. But I do have a [TV] licence - I watch on catch-up. I just don't watch the cop programmes that much. I know they're brilliant and when I retire I'll be box-setting them. But at the moment I'm too busy to watch them."
