Why are they digging up artist Salvador Dali's body?

A court in Madrid has ordered Dali's body to be exhumed so traces of DNA can be recovered to prove if a woman who claims to be his daughter is right. There are no other samples of his body remaining which could the DNA results needed. Dali died in 1989. The foundation named after him is going to appeal against the ruling.
